Bruce Barnett is Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Texas. Bruce is Executive Director of International Affairs for UCEA.

Howard Stevenson is Professor of Education, University of Lincoln, UK. Howard is Co-Research Co-ordinator for BELMAS.
