Many thanks to all those who attended the session at UCEA, in which we formally launched this collaborative project. The session was well attended, with representatives from a wide range of countries. The session was a combination of short presentations from a panel of colleagues with experience of conducting international research, and discussion of these issues by all those present. The group discussion yielded some excellents ideas for taking this work forward – we shall be collating this information, and making it available through this blog shortly. Bruce Barnett (UCEA) and Howard Stevenson (BELMAS) will also be working in our respective organisations to see how UCEA and BELMAS can incorporate suggestions made in the session.
