BELMAS and UCEA are currently involved in this joint initiative.  It began with discussions at a UCEA convention in 2008 and has developed since then.  In 2010 UCEA and BELMAS agreed a Memorandum of Understanding that has further facilitated collaboration.  The project began as  ‘Developing International Collaboration in Research and Programme Development’ and has since become established as the International School Leadership Development Network.
